Types
Camps can be of different types and for different
purposes. Starting from pure fun school camps to camping for
research purposes. The camp organisation can be as varied as
the motivation for camping. At naturebeyond we have been camping
in the forests and the hills for more than 15 years. This gives
us an unique expertise in organising camps.
School Camps - This camps
are typically organised during winter at the end of half yearly
exams or during Summer in April after the end of the academic
session. The campers visiting this region are mostly from Calcutta,
Bomaby and Gujarat. Although foreign groups also camp with us,
there numbers are relatively few.
Car
Camping - Camping with a car is not a new idea in the
west. In the US this is a common way of passing the weakend.
In India however, the idea is yet to catch up. naturebeyond
arranges car camping programs for tourists visiting the region.
The group size for such camping program should be limited to
a maximum of 8 or 10. Learn more about
