Camps can be of different types and for different purposes. Starting from pure fun school camps to camping for research purposes. The camp organisation can be as varied as the motivation for camping. At naturebeyond we have been camping in the forests and the hills for more than 15 years. This gives us an unique expertise in organising camps.

School Camps - This camps are typically organised during winter at the end of half yearly exams or during Summer in April after the end of the academic session. The campers visiting this region are mostly from Calcutta, Bomaby and Gujarat. Although foreign groups also camp with us, there numbers are relatively few.

camp on the bed of TistaCar Camping - Camping with a car is not a new idea in the west. In the US this is a common way of passing the weakend. In India however, the idea is yet to catch up. naturebeyond arranges car camping programs for tourists visiting the region. Adventure Camps - This is the camp for honing your skills in adventure activities. A number of adventure activities are undertaken during the camp. This includes Night and Day Treks, Solo Camping, Survival training, Climbing training, first aid training etc. It is great fun and an excellent learning experience for the young buds.

river crossing at a campCorporate Camping Programs - For the weary corporates, staying in the hotels and running around for sight seeing often seems cliche. naturebeyond brings Corporate Camping Program for corporate employees which gives an unique experience to the employees. The camping program uses certain MDP techniques along with pure fun and adventure such as treasure hunts, survival nightouts, Rafting in the Tista, midnight parties on the river bed etc. These camps are organised in collaboration with CASARIBE a Business Research Organisation.

Nature Interpretation Camps - These camps are organised to bring young boys and girls from the cities closer to mother nature. The camps are organised in accordance with the ICSE syllabus. They provide tremendous learnign opportunity to know nature first hand, to understand the unique natural eco-systems and biodiversity of the region.
