Lava log hut of WBFDC The Lava Wilderness Resort is situated at
an altitude of 2300 meters, on the base of virgin Neora Valley
National Park. One of the most picturesque spot in the Kalimpong
hill Lava is growing in popularity for its serenity. The view
of silvery peaks of Himalayan snow ranges, the placid life of
the local villagers and the misty pine forest are the main attraction
at Lava.

Important:
Because of inadequate accommodation to cater the increasing
rush of tourist an early confirmation is required to avail the
room particularly during April-May and Oct-Nov period.
The forest remains closed from June 15 to September 15. No tourist
activity inside the park is allowed during this period. |
