naturebeyond members are a group of
young professionals who are totally dedicated to their
job. For us tourism is more than a profession, it is a
passion.
Partha left his job at Bombay
to start naturebeyond and pursue his passion, travelling.
He has been trekking in the region since the '80s. Partha
manages growth in a dynamic environment.
Pallab has traveled far and wide and
has an expert command over the region. Pallab is also an
avid environmentalist and a social worker. He is our head
of operations and looks after the agency business.
Kanchan graduated with business administration
and worked several years for some of the leading corporates
before joing naturebeyond. He takes care of naturebeyond
marketing efforts.
Debarati is responsible for guest servicing.
She is very meticulous and keeps track of the details of
each tour. Multilingual capacities, experience of anchoring
radio shows and working for call centers has groomed her
well to communicate with our guests.
Mahesh is one of the youngest members
of naturebeyond team. He continues to pursue his studies
along with his job as a guest service executive.
Sujay manages our Adventure Tourism activities.
He is an expert mountainering and has succefully climbed
several mountains. He has also worked as a guest instructor
at Himalayan Mountaineering Institute before joining naturebeyond.
Mr. R.R Pal is our head of accounts and
administration. With a Masters degree in Commerce coupled
with decades of accounting experience he ensures that the
office runs smoothly as ever.
Utpal is the office assistant at naturebeyond.
He is the silent force whose presence can hardly be felt
but whose absence would definitely make you remember the
important tasks he performs at naturebeyond.

He plays an important role in keeping our websites upto
date with changing times.
Born and brought up in Gangtok, Sahdev
is our representative at the Sikkim capital. The most common
feedback we have got so far about Sahdev is `Cute`. He leaves
the office with guests and comes back with friends.
An expert mountaineer with 6 expeditions
in his kitty, Prosenjit is our trek expert. He guides most
of our treks and many of our leisure tours. What makes him
different is the extra mile he is willing to go for guest
satisfaction.
Arnab is the Field expert at naturebeyond.
Helped by a degree in tourism management and a thorough
understanding of the ground realities, Arnab is the chief
architect behind operational expansion plans at naturebeyond.
Tsering represents naturebeyond in north-sikkim.
Based in ChungThang, he not only drives our tourists vehicle
but also arranges for the best possible services for naturebeyond
guests in north-sikkim.
