By far the most important resource for naturebeyond
is its team-members. We pride ourselves over our knowledge of
the region and our expertice in handling visitors.
naturebeyond registered office is a 1000 square
feet space in the heart of Siliguri town, this is the base from
where all the operational activities are undertaken. We also
have a marketing office on station feeder road which is mainly
used as a communication and call centre. Our office infrastructure
includes a dozen networked computers with 24 hour Internet,
Telephone, Fax, EPABX and other communication equipment you
would expect in a modern office.
We own 8 tourist transport vehicles. These
vehicles include Indica, Sumo, Qualis, Tavera and Scorpio. For
requirement of more vehicles our transport division is in constant
communication with major transporters of the region. We also
have resource persons at all the critical tourist points including
Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok, Chungthang (North Sikkim), Lataguri
(Dooars), Samsing (Dooars), Kumai (Dooars), Alipurduar (Dooars)
and other places.
For offbeat tourists we have our own tents,
rucksacks, mountain bikes and other trekking, camping, mountaineering
equipment ready for your service.
Our marketing infrastructure mainly constitutes
our websites and our contact persons at major metros. We have
recently opened our office in Calcutta to serve our guests better. |
