1. Who is himalayan-adventure.com?
www.himalayan-adventure.com is the website of naturebeyond.
Established in 2002 by a group of nature lovers, team naturebeyond
includes a group of about 15 members lead by Partha and Pallab.
naturebeyond currently serves tourists in Darjeeling, Sikkim,
Dooars and Bhutan region. We have recently expanded our operations
to other north-eastern states including Meghalaya and Assam.

2. What affiliations and memberships do
naturebeyond have?
naturebeyond is affiliated to West Bengal Tourism Development
Corporation (WBTDC). We are founder member of EHTTOA (Eastern
Himalaya Travel and Tour Operators Association). We are also
active members of TAAB (Travel Agents Association of Bengal).
3. What infrastructures do you have?
Our infrastructure includes own car, tents, bikes, camping and
mountaineering equipments etc. We are developing three resorts
currently. All are joint ventures between naturebeyond and other
individuals.

4. How can I be assured of the best service?
More than a 100 leading national and international travel agencies
take naturebeyond ground handling and grass root support. Talk
to your peers in the industry, the chances are you will get
to hear about naturebeyond, and we are sure you will get to
hear positive remarks only.
5. What TAC do I get?
We prefer to work on net cost basis for customised tours. It
is for you to mark up the packages. For standard off the self
packages, the TAC can be discussed with Mr. Pallab who heads
the agency business. Please contact us
with the details of your company. The TAC depends on business
volume generated by an agent.
6. What support can I expect from naturebeyond
in marketing the region?
We understand that it is primarily our responsibility to provide
you with in-depth and correct information about the region.
We will provide you with the necessary information about the
region as and when required. Our responses are very fast as
we have a call centre type setup where during business hours
3 to 4 employees are online just to serve your queries immediately.
We also help you organise FAM trips if you are willing to undertake
one.
7. How can we visit your office?
Next time your representative visits north-east, please give
us a call we will arrange for your visit to our office. Our
office is about half an hours drive from the major railhead
NJP and airport Bagdogra.
8. What duration of credit do you offer?
We do not have credit facility for travel agencies. The full
amount must be paid in advance before the beginning of the tour.
At least 50% of total amount must be advanced to naturebeyond
at the time of confirming the tour. After working together for
a minimum of one year, naturebeyond would consider extending
credit to a travel agency. |
